By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge that your use of the All Egypt Tours website and your participation in any tours offered are subject to these terms.

 

Booking Policy:

 

Experience the convenience and peace of mind with our incredible offer of a minimal down payment of only 25% to reserve your spot on the tour. This includes securing your hotel room, cruise cabin, domestic flight ticket, and other essential travel services. The outstanding balance can be settled up to two days before your arrival or paid in cash upon reaching your destination, ensuring a worry-free and risk-free investment for your booking.

 

Client's Amendments:

 

The availability of any changes to the original reservation will determine whether they can be fulfilled. Once payment is made in full or the voucher is issued, there will be no additional administrative fees, except for modifications related to your airline tickets.

 

Credit Card Payments: 

 

If you decide to make payment using your credit card, we kindly ask for your cooperation in providing us with a signed letter authorizing us to charge your card. It is important to ensure that the signature on the letter matches the one on your card as well as your passport.

 

Cancellation Fees (Excluding Peak Periods)

 

All Egypt Tours, prioritizing client safety and well-being, requires cancellation requests to be submitted in writing via fax or email, ensuring clear communication and alignment with the company's updated cancellation policy.

In case you cancel your trip, the following charges will be applied:

 

  • If you cancel from the date of booking until 61 days before your scheduled arrival, a 15% fee of the total tour cost will be applied.
  • If your cancellation occurs between 60 and 31 days before your expected arrival, a charge of 35% of the full tour price will be imposed.
  • For cancellations made between 30 and 15 days before your planned arrival date, a 50% fee of the entire tour price will be incurred.
  • If you cancel your booking between 14 and 1 day before your anticipated arrival, the full tour price of 100% will be charged.

Furthermore, airlines impose charges for domestic and international flights, and these fees are contingent upon the specific terms and conditions set by the airline at the moment of reservation. Additionally, a 5% bank fee will be applied to any refunds.

 

Cancellation for Christmas, New Year, and Easter time:

 

In case you cancel your trip during the peak time, the following scale of charges will be applied:

  • If you cancel from the date of booking until 61 days before your scheduled arrival, a 25% fee of the total tour cost will be applied.
  • If your cancellation occurs between 60 and 31 days before your expected arrival, a charge of 50% of the full tour price will be imposed.
  • For cancellations made between 30 and 15 days before your planned arrival date, a 75% fee of the entire tour price will be incurred.
  • If you cancel your booking between 14 and 1 day before your anticipated arrival, the full tour price of 100% will be charged.

 

Airlines have the authority to apply fees based on their terms and conditions, and a bank fee of 5% will be subtracted from any refunds.

 

Force Majeure: 

 

All Egypt Tours provides a highly adaptable cancellation policy in the event of a travel warning issued by the government or airline for your departure country or destination. If such a situation arises, we will reimburse you the amount paid for your tour package. Alternatively, you may opt to receive a travel credit and voucher that can be used for future trips to any of our tour destinations. You have the flexibility to apply this credit towards new travel services booked within 12 months. Please note that change and cancellation fees will only be applicable for flights, as stated by the airline's terms and conditions.

 

Refunds: 

 

In most cases, the refund will be credited back to the same account using the same payment method that was originally used. If no reservation can be found, unfortunately, a refund cannot be issued. Rest assured, refunds will only be processed through the original mode of payment.

 

Accommodation:

 

The prices mentioned are calculated for two people sharing a room. If you prefer a single room, there will be an extra charge. We meticulously choose hotels based on their high standards. Kindly be aware that the prices may be adjusted without any prior notification.

 

Flights:

 

Domestic Flights:

We offer the average prices, and the estimated timings may vary. Any modifications to your flight could lead to changes in the price.

 

 

International Flights:

We provide Competitive prices for international flights from your country of origin to your preferred location.

 

Responsibility:

 

The Company operates solely as a travel agency, assuming the role of guiding and facilitating the travel experiences of its participants. Whether the journey takes place by land, sea, or air, the Company accepts no responsibility for any harm, illness, damage, loss, mishap, delay, or disruption to individuals or their belongings that may arise from various factors. These factors encompass events beyond human control, such as adverse weather conditions, acts of nature, unforeseen circumstances, actions taken by governmental authorities, conflicts, civil unrest, labor disputes, riots, theft, mechanical failures, quarantines, or defaults by hotels, carriers, or restaurants. The Company does not assume responsibility for any additional expenses incurred as a result of such occurrences.

 

Special Requests: 

 

If the client has any specific desires, they should inform the company when making their booking. The company, along with its partners, will make every effort to accommodate these requests. However, it is important to note that these requests are not part of the contractual agreement, and therefore, the company cannot guarantee their fulfillment. Availability, including for pre-bookable seats, will determine whether or not the requests can be accommodated. If the company acknowledges the special request on the confirmation invoice or elsewhere, it is not a guarantee that it will be fulfilled. The client will not receive a specific notification if their special request cannot be met. The company does not accept bookings that are contingent upon the fulfillment of any special request.

 

Children Policy ( A Child Share Parents` Room ):

Policy 1: For packages, Nile cruises, and hotels

  • Children under 2 years old: Free of charge.
  • Children under 6 years old: will only need to pay 25% of the total tour cost as an individual.
  • Children under 12 years old: will need to pay 50% of the total tour cost as an individual.
  • 12 years or older children are considered adults. 

 If your tour package includes flights or a ferry boat, an additional fee for your child.

 

Policy 2: for sightseeing tours & shore excursions

  • Children under 6 years old: Free of charge.
  • Children under 12 years old: will only need to pay 50% of the total tour cost as an individual.
  • 12 years or older children are considered adults. 

 

 If your tour package includes flights or a ferry boat, an additional fee for your child.

 

Tipping:

 

In many cultures, it is customary to show appreciation for the services provided by staff during your tour by leaving a tip. We encourage you to tip according to your satisfaction. The staff will greatly appreciate it, although it is not mandatory.

Complains:

 

If you encounter any issues during your stay at the destination, kindly inform the company (All Egypt Tours) right away, as most problems can be swiftly resolved. If you find that your problem persists, contact the Customer Care Manager while you are still on your tour. Should you remain dissatisfied with the service even after returning home, it is essential to submit a written complaint to Customer Care Management.

The cardholder is advised to keep copies of transaction records as well as merchant policies and regulations.


When the cardholder engages in multiple transactions or bookings, they may notice multiple entries on their monthly statement.


According to the laws of the UAE, we strictly adhere to not offering any services or products to countries that are under sanctions by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).
 
 

 

 Acceptance of the Agreement:

 

When the company accepts the client's booking, it forms a contract that is governed by these booking conditions. This contract serves as the complete agreement between the client and the company. By making a payment through bank transfer or credit card, whether it's a deposit or final payment, participants of the tour acknowledge that they have read and understood all the terms and conditions outlined in the agreement, and they agree to comply with them.
